低周减载

利用这一元件，可以实现分散式的频率控制，当系统频率低于整定频率时，此元件就能自动判定是否切除负荷。

低频减载功能逻辑中设有一个滑差闭锁元件以区分故障情况、电机反充电和真正的有功缺额。

考虑低频减载功能只在稳态时作用，故取AB相间电压进行计算，试验时仍需加三相平衡电压。当此电压（UAB）低于闭锁频率计算电压时，低周减载元件将自动退出。

说明：现场试验条件不具备时，该试验可免做。模拟量正确，则精度由软件保证。

2.10 低压解列

适用于发电厂和系统间的联络线保护，可以实现低压控制，当系统电压低于整定电压时，此元件就能自动判定是否切除负荷。

低压解列的判据为：    

• 1)三相平衡电压，U相<UDY

• 2)dV/dt<V/T

3)T>Tudy

4)负序线电压<5V

• 5)本发电机有载(负荷电流>0.1In)

本功能通过控制字实现投退,PT断线时闭锁低压保护。

2.11 过负荷元件

过负荷元件监视三相的电流，其动作条件为：

•     1)MAX(IF)>Ifh

•     2)T>Tgfhgj：告警

•  3)T>Tgfhtz：跳闸

    其中Ifh为过负荷电流定值。

本功能通过压板实现投退,过负荷告警与跳闸的选择由控制字选定。

2.12 过电压保护

过压监视三相的电压，其动作条件为：

•     1)MAX(UF)>Ufh

•  2)T>Tgytz：跳闸

    其中Ufh为过压定值。

2.13 逆功率保护

过负荷元件监视三相的电流，其动作条件为：

•     1)MAX(PF)>Pfh

•  2)T>Tngltz：跳闸

    其中Pfh为逆功率定值。

2.14 PT断线检测

在下面三个条件之一得到满足的时候，装置报发“PT断线”信息并点亮告警灯：

1)三相电压均小于8V，某相(a或c相)电流大于0.25A，判为三相失压。

2)三相电压和大于8V，较小线电压小于16V，判为两相或单相PT断线。

3)三相电压和大于8V，较大线电压与较小线电压差大于16V，判为两相或单相PT断线。

装置在检测到PT断线后，可根据控制字选择，或者退出带方向元件、电压元件的各段保护，或者退出方向、电压元件。PT断线检测功能可以通过控制字（KG1.15）投退。

2.15 小电流接地选线

小电流接地选跳系统由SAI-3884D装置和NZ8000监控主站构成。当系统发生接地时，3U0抬高。当装置感受到自产3U0有突变且大于10V，即记录当前的3U0，3I0。与此同时，母线开口三角电压监视点向主站报送接地信号。主站则在接到接地信号后调取各装置内记录的3U0,3I0量，计算后给出接地点策略。

无主站系统时，单装置接地试跳判据为：合位时3U0大于18V，试跳分位后3U0小于18V，即判为本发电机接地。

2.16 数据记录

本装置具备故障录波功能。可记录的模拟量为Ia、Ib、Ic、3I0、Ua、Ub、Uc、Ux、Ii0，可记录的状态量为断路器位置、保护跳闸合闸命令。所有数据记录信息数据存入FLASH RAM中，可被PC机读取。可记录的录波报告为8个以上，每次录波数据总时间容量为1S，分两段记录，动态捕捉并调整记录时间。可记录的事件不少于1000次。本装置除记录系统扰动数据外，还记录装置的操作事件、状态输入量变位事件、更改定值事件及装置告警事件等。

2.15 遥信、遥测、遥控功能

    遥控功能主要有三种：正常遥控跳闸操作和合闸操作，接地选线遥控跳闸操作。

    遥测量主要有：IAc、(IBc)、ICc、UA、UB、UC、UAB、UBC、UCA、COS￠、P、Q、F 和电度。所有这些量都在当地实时计算，实时累加，三相有功无功的计算消除了由于系统电压不对称而产生的误差，且计算完全不依赖于网络，精度达到 0.5 级。

    遥信量主要有：16 路遥信开入、装置变位遥信及事故遥信，并作事件顺序记录，遥信分辨率小于2ms。
